Advance Bookings

Bookings must be agreed in advance by telephone or email. To book mobility equipment please telephone or email us from 10am – 3pm Monday – Friday, to check that there are scooters still available and to discuss your requirements.

At other times, or if there is no reply, please leave a message on our answerphone, giving your name, telephone number and the event you will be attending. We will call you back, usually within
2 working days. Please be aware that it may be up to a week during the busy season when we work away from the office at events.

When you contact us we will ask for the following details for yourself or the user of the
equipment if different:

• The event you will be attending, plus the day/s and date/s

• Name, address and telephone number of the person making the booking

• The user’s name, date of birth, nature of their disability/condition

• The user’s weight if more than 18 stone, or height if over 6 foot

• Any special requirements for example, single hand controls, stick holder

We will ask you to confirm your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions (please see the
Terms and Conditions page on this website) as this forms part of our agreement.

We will advise you of the fee payable, which may vary according to the event, and take your payment by credit/debit card which will complete the booking.

Alternatively, after speaking to us, you may post a cheque, enclosing the details listed above,
to arrive not less than 5 working days before the event, to:-

We will send a confirmation of your booking by post or email, which you should check for accuracy.  Please inform us immediately of any errors or changes.  Please bring this with you when you collect the equipment as your proof of identity.
